11 Coconut Oil Health Hacks

1. Eat one spoonful of coconut oil daily for an energy boost with no crash!

2. Instead of butter, top your popcorn with coconut oil.

3. For a quick way to moisturize on-the-go, pick up the Trader Joe’s Coconut Oil Spray and spray directly onto your body or hair.

4. Apply daily as a facial moisturizer to smooth wrinkles, reduce pores, and hydrate.

      I feel like it moisturizes my WHOLE face so well, but I don’t have the WORST dark circles, so I noticed a difference! But if you have very dark circles, I don’t know how it would work on you! If you try it, let me know!! 🙂

    I would put some in my mouth and swish it around-I heard it helped strength enamel (I think…) and I felt like it whitened my teeth too! Not sure if it truly worked but tried it for a bit! I should do that again….

    I’ve used coconut oil and vaseline for my eyelashes before and I loved it. It makes my eyelashes feel really soft in the morning, healthier, longer and they were easier to apply makeup to.
